Let's Do This

About You

You’re a doer. You’re a creative thinker and problem solver who likes to jump in, hit the ground running and build systems and processes from the ground up.

You’re good with busy. You thrive on having multiple responsibilities, decision-making and taking the initiative to get administrative tasks done. You can work under pressure while juggling tight deadlines.

You’re a stickler. You’re observant, perceptive and have a keen eye for detail. You hold yourself to high standards and pride yourself on consistently delivering high-quality outcomes while working on multiple projects at once.

You’re self-motivated. You have mad time management skills and are super productive working independently. At the same time, you’re more than willing and able to be a team player, lending your creativity (or simply a helpful hand) to make sure the job is done in a timely manner, the client’s happy and the team wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal team to support client-specific project logistics and operations including project timelines, purchase orders, inventory, fulfillment, distribution, and shipping details.
  • Support multiple projects throughout the post sales/production process, through order processing and fulfillment.
  • Manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery, ensuring a smooth process throughout by communicating with vendors, decorators, and factories to ensure projects are on track to be completed by the set timeline.
  • Oversee multiple orders in different stages of the post sales production cycle, while maintaining control of all shipping and delivery dates.
  • Daily ongoing communication with Relationship Managers for order accuracy and shipment timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with customers around proof accuracy, product timing, and next steps.
  • Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for purchase order execution.

You would be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
  • Confidence to get any job done with a persistent nature.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and the confidence to handle up to 100 or more individual purchase orders per month with accuracy and quality.
  • Deep understanding of the landscape of suppliers, wide product range, and various product imprint methods.

Role Requirements

  • 1-3 years working in a fast-paced purchasing, procurement, administrative or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Asana or other project management tools.
  • Promotional product experience a plus but not required.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
