About this role: Key Responsibilities

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of:

    1. What’s going on in the world of cool, stylish and sustainable;
    2. What we know our clients will love and want to give;
    3. What people want to get, use and keep.

    How? By researching market trends, product design and branding. And by maintaining close relationships with vendors to inspire and lead product ideation, design and innovation.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Relationship Managers and their clients by creating kits, presentations, lookbooks, assisting in RFPs, and making edits.

  • Support initiatives across a large number of clients and throughout the entire promotional campaign including idea generation, product design and research, and order preparation.

  • Curate impactful branded gifts with an on-trend eye, creating customized solutions for each customer’s specific needs.

  • Brainstorm and partner with promotional product distributors in the ASI/PPAI industry for corporate branded swag and kits that fit within client budget while keeping thoughtful design, sustainability and social responsibility at the forefront.

  • Provide direction on which decoration processes will look best on customized products and work with trusted decorators to ensure product exceeds expectations.

  • Take charge of assortment planning (i.e., what products we “offer” and “display” most frequently to clients), Maintaining master deck and collaborate on internal Swagger product offering catalogs

  • Work with vendors to quote large quantity projects to secure inventory, negotiate pricing

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications or similar area of concentration

1-3 years of fast-paced, client-facing marketing, advertising, PR or account management role

Strong knowledge of MS Office with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint; Proficiency in Salesforce and Adobe CS (Illustrator and Photoshop) a plus
