Swagger is in search of a digital marketing manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing full-funnel digital demand-generation and awareness strategies across various channels, including paid social, SEM, email, referral programs, and display advertising. They will develop a digital marketing strategy by studying market trends, identifying customer needs, and monitoring competition. They will also plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. The role includes content development, sales enablement, and measuring and reporting campaign performance against company and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage full-funnel digital demand-generation and awareness strategies and campaigns/activities across various channels, including but not limited to paid social. Including LinkedIn, Instagram, SEM/Google AdWords, email, referral program and display advertising.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Content Development – Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms. This includes social media, website andsales enablement content like customer case studies and product lookbooks.
  • Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against company and marketing goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Evaluate, test, implement and manage cost effective marketing systems that enable the sales team to hit growth targets (ie. Email marketing system)
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Regularly update social media content across all channels based on Swagger’s content calendar
  • Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation including monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them up to date and effective
  • Product messaging and positioning – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in demand gen, social media marketing with proven work experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content marketing, social media, paid search and lead generation
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns including experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
